For Property Owners
How do I sign up for property management?

All prospective property owners must complete an application. Upon approval, you will sign a property management agreement. Access to these documents is available online through our owner portal.
How quickly are collected funds deposited?
+
Rents are collected on the first of every month and deposited into your account within 72 hours after funds are received and cleared.
What are your management fees?
+
Our fee is 5% of collected rents for 50 units or less. Volume discounts are available for portfolios of 51 units and above. Please contact our office for details.
How long does it take to rent my property?
+
The average days-on-market is approximately 26 days. We advertise on Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist, HotPads, and other high-traffic listing sites to minimize vacancy.
For Tenants
How do I become a resident?

All applicants 18 or older must complete a detailed application and pay an application fee. We screen based on income, credit, and rental history. Once approved, a deposit is required to hold the unit.
How do I pay rent?
+
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We accept online payments through the tenant portal. Cash payments are not accepted for security reasons.
How do I report a maintenance issue?
+
Submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal at any time. For after-hours emergencies involving safety hazards or imminent property damage, contact our emergency line directly.
Does TDM discriminate in tenant selection?

Absolutely not. TDM Holdings strictly follows Fair Housing Laws and does not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected category.
